WISE - DODEA Registration Procedures
Welcome to the DoDEA WISE online summer school
program. Our staff at RMHS is committed to providing an online environment
that encourages and supports the learning process for our
students. The following registration instructions are designed
to allow DoDEA students to enroll in the course(s) required by
their current school.
Completing the Student Registration and Batch Registration
Forms
RMHS has a two-step method for DoDEA course registration.
Utilizing both of these steps will ensure that DoDEA students
who are eligible to enroll in the summer program have been
approved by their guidance counselor for the correct course.
Additionally, step one will engage the student and his/her
parent/sponsor in the registration process. Using this two-step
method for registration will allow RMHS to cross-check course
enrollment information and minimize the possibility of students being enrolled
in the wrong courses.

Both forms should be filled out completely.
The completed forms should be emailed to WISE@rmhs.org.

Step One: WISE STUDENT Registration

Eighteen (18) days prior to class start dates, each individual
student is required to complete the online downloadable registration
form and email or fax the application to RMHS. ALL
FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED. Please indicate with a
1, 2, and 3 your choice of session start date.
Step Two: COUNSELOR BATCH REGISTRATION FORM

Eighteen (18) days prior to class start dates, DoDEA counselors
will submit a completed batch registration form (ELECTRONIC
COPY via email) to RMHS. ALL FIELDS MUST BE FILLED
OUT COMPLETELY.
Summer Term Dates
RMHS has scheduled four (4) staggered term dates to allow
flexibility for the students and parents in planning their
summer activities. Each course is eight (8) weeks in length.
The 2008 term dates are:
June 2, 2008-July 25, 2008
June 9, 2008-August 1, 2008
June 16, 2008-August 8, 2008
June 23, 2008-August 15, 2005
No course assignments will be due between 3 July - 7 July.
NOTE: Students may not be placed in their 1st
choice for course dates if their registration form is not
received 18 days prior to the published start date of the
course.
Course Access and Enrollment Instructions
RMHS will contact each enrolled student via email with
detailed instructions for beginning his/her orientation and
course.
