Staff qualifications
House Bill 6 Charter requires that schools inform parents of the qualifications of each teacher at their school. Richard Milburn Academy Midland has seven professional staff members working together to teach to the uniqueness of each student and to provide a quality education. All teachers are highly qualified and or certified as defined by NCLB.

Free SAT/ACT prep resources available
TOPCAT, a joint project between the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Texas Education Agency, provides free online SAT and ACT materials in English and Spanish to Texas middle and high school students. Students have access to test prep tutorials, practice sessions, timed sample tests, a vocabulary builder and test-taking tips.
