CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
RMHS Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NESI, was founded in 1975 to provide educational and management services in nonpublic and nontraditional settings across the nation. In 2006 RMHS and NESI employed over 1,000 personnel and achieved total consolidated revenue over $30,000,000. The company is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with corporate headquarters in Woodbridge, Virginia and Salem, Massachusetts Currently, NESI and RMHS are managing instructional support programs in 30 locations within 12 states, and internationally in Korea.
RMHS and NESI offer a variety of instructional and educational support services for service and civilian personnel on military installations and for persons in private and public schools. Exceptional knowledge and experience is reflected in our commitment to provide:

- competent professional staff and continued professional growth,
- quality control of all services provided, and
- responsive management of services.
RMHS and NESI/s many years of documented project experience in providing instructional support services at military installation education centers throughout the world validate our position as a quality service provider of these services.
QUALIFICATIONS
RMHS has demonstrable experience and growth in the following functional areas: educational services program management; distance learning; mission related language training; support programs, such as, testing, post-secondary counseling and tuition assistance processing; and, training and administrative services in Military Community Services and Family Support programs. RMHS educational services program management experience activities include:
- Recruiting, hiring and maintaining qualified professional staff
- Training in instructional methodologies, theory and practice
- Executing a comprehensive and scheduled Quality Control Program. RMHS tailors a program specific quality control plan and conducts scheduled internal quality reviews.
- Communicating openly and frequently with our government customers at all levels, the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Contracting Officer, and to the most important customer, the armed forces service member, the ultimate recipient and benefactor of RMHS educational services.
- Providing corporate leadership and resources to fully execute contract requirements. RMHS’ corporate management personnel have a broad range of experience from administration of government awarded contracts.

Since our founding, RMHS and NESI have provided educational services through more than one hundred Government contracts(1). Table 1 shows our DoD locations, including many of the solicited locations, where RMHS and NESI have provided educational support services. This range of experience, both in a technical sense and in a geographic sense, establishes RMHS credibility for performing all solicited foreign language instruction at all specified locations. At most of the indicated locations RMHS and NESI have had multiple contracts for multiple educational services.
