Robert H. Crosby is the President and
Chief Executive Officer of NonPublic Educational Services,
Inc. (NESI).
Mr. Crosby has worked in education for more than 37
years. He has a Masters Degree in Administration from
George Washington University. Robert has a wide and
varied background in the field of education and the
administration of educational programs at the federal,
state, and local levels.
Mr. Crosby is responsible for all corporate operations
and communications with a work force of more than 800
employees at 42 locations in the United States and the
Republic of Korea. His primary responsibilities have
been the development of sound and effective educational
programs geared to compensatory and alternative education
in a variety of settings and diverse areas. He is currently
based out of the Salem, Massachusetts corporate office.

Rochelle Schneickert is the Vice President
of the Military Division and Compensatory Education.
Rochelle holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration
from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and a
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from North Georgia College
and State University.
Ms. Schneickert has supervision of more than 20 governmental
contracts in the United States and the Republic of Korea.
Additionallly, she is responsible for Title I projects
in Wisconsin, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, and the
District of Columbia, as well as the SES programs in
New York, Virginia, Illinois, and Maryland. Rochelle
is also responsible for company policy implementation
and contract compliance. Her experience includes administration
of high school completion programs, management and supervision
of basic skills programs, foreign language programs,
learning centers, libraries, and testing services for
civilian and military clients. Rochelle is currently
based out of the Woodbridge, Virginia division office.

David Morrissette is the Chief Financial
Officer. Mr. Morrissette holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting from Bentley College, Waltham,
Massachusetts, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Mr. Morrissette, who has more than 20 years experience
in the accounting field, began as the Director of Finance
and Accounting with NESI in 2002. David oversees all
accounting and financial services for Title I, the Military,
High School, and Supplemental Educational Services divisions
as well as our corporate staff. David is currently based
out of the Salem, Massachusetts corporate office. |

Donna Eldridge is the Vice President
of the High School Division. Ms. Eldridge earned her
Bachelors of Arts in English from the University of
North Carolina and her Masters in Education in Guidance
and Counseling from Providence College, Rhode Island. Donna
also completed her Postgraduate Work at the College
of Charleston, South Carolina and Old Dominion University,
Norfolk, Virginia.
Ms. Eldridge has been with our organization since 1990
when she was selected to coordinate the opening of educational
programs in Southeast Virginia. Donna is responsible
for the total operational and educational components
of all schools in the High School Division, the development
and start-up of new schools and programs, and the provision
of administrative services to charter schools. Prior
to joining our organization, Ms. Eldridge was a public
school teacher and an adult education program manager.
She is currently based out of the Virginia Beach, Virginia
office.

David Smith is the Vice President of
Marketing and Strategic Development. Mr. Smith holds
a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Principia College
and an Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton
Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Smith has an extensive background in venture capital
advisory services and fund management including clients
such as John Hancock, MIT, and Control Data Corporation.
David provides leadership for NESI in developing marketing
strategy and partnerships. He is currently based out
of the Salem, Massachusetts corporate office. |

Edla Hodgeson is the Human Resources
Director. Ms. Hodgeson holds a Bachelors of Arts from
University of Connecticut. Edla also completed
the Human Resources Management Program at Bentley College,
Massachusetts. Her professional memberships include
American Management Association and the Society for
Human Resources Management.
Ms. Hodgeson has led our HR team since 1997.
She oversees all HR programs and services for Title
I, the Military, High School, and Supplemental Educational
Services divisions as well as our corporate staff. Edla
serves as our company diversity executive and leadership
development program coordinator. Prior to joining NESI,
Edla's HR experience included 12 years in the financial
services and high tech services industries. She
is currently based out of the Salem, Massachusetts office,
and resides in Gonzales, Louisiana. |

Don Geraghty is the Director of Real
Estate Operations with responsibility for all properties,
lease contracts, construction, and new school facility
locations for both NESI and Richard Milburn schools
and academies. Don attended Northeastern University.
Prior to joining NESI, Mr. Geraghty had a 24-year management
career at North Shore Medical Center in Salem, Massachusetts,
where he was the Vice President of Facilities and Real
Estate and also served as Vice President of Operations
for the Hospital’s affiliated medical group practice.
Active in community affairs, Don has served as both
President of the local Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis
Club. He is currently based out of the Salem, Massachusetts
corporate office. |
